After living in Torrington, CT for 18 years of my life, I decided to attend Champlain College in Burlington, VT.
When I started the Website Development and Management program I had knowledge of HTML4 and basic CSS. I graduate knowing XML, PHP, PERL, C#, C++, CVS, and much more.
I am on a never ending quest to know and learn as much as I possibly can. It has always been a belief of mine that the decisions you make are well rounded when you have an array of skills. It helps in working with teams because you are able to empathize and work to satisfy all parties involved. For me, knowledge really is power.
Aside from programming I enjoy doing physical activities such as jogging, bike riding, hiking, swimming, scraping paint from houses, washing cars, walking dogs... you get the point. After I have exhausted myself I like to read whatever book I can get my hands on, currently I am reading The Code Book.
